It's extremely frustrating waiting for a product that I've paid to expedite the shipping and never receive it, to make matters worse no one is giving me any information or responding back to my correspondence. The customer service thus far has been horrible. The only info I got from your website is to ask my neighbor about my missing items? What kind of BS is that, as if I ordered from them.
If someone can look into this order number for me and let me know when will I be receiving the remaining 14 pieces.
