Shein did respond to me however the responded to a order that i did not have any concern about and never addressed the $110.75 that they took from my bank. in addition my bank did contact them proving the $110.75 and Sheine once again did not reply.

SheIn took $110. From my bank and I did not order anything.... Tried for the past three days to contact SheIn with no response Clyde 803269**** help

User's recommendation: I do not know considering SheIn has not resolved my problem.

Monetary Loss: $110.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Shein Cons: Impossible to get a human.
