I placed an order with Shein on 9/29 for 2 items. First, the color I ordered for one of the items was not in stock. I was offered the option of exchanging the item or cancelling. I chose to exchange it for a color that was still in stock. Over the course of the next days, right up to yesterday, I was sent message after message that it was out of stock and I could cancel or exchange it. Someone from Shein helped me switch the color to the one that was available the first time, and afterwards, I understood how I could do it online myself. I did this time after time. It was for the same exact thing, but I noticed the price was fluctuating each time I would opt to 'exchange' the exact same item for itself. Look at the photo that shows how many times Shein had me doing this.

Then, yesterday I received yet another email saying there would be a delay and I had to write back and let them know if they should cancel my order and if I didn't respond, they would. I wrote back 'No, I really want it, I will wait till it comes in. Do not cancel my order'.

Surprise, surprise, today I get an email saying YAY my Shein order for that item was cancelled. I will never shop Shein again. This item (in the second color I purchased) has been in stock the entire time this has been going on. I just checked and it is still in stock. I can add it to my cart. I believe the issue is I got a great price on it, and the seller Fragrant Girl's Luggage does not want to honor the price I purchased it at. I hope it is worth it for Shein to work with someone so dishonest that customers are traumatized enough never to visit Shein's website again. What a giant waste of my time, and Shein's 'customer support chat' leaves much to be desired. I cannot remember a more frustrating online shopping experience. It was HORRIBLE.

Their stuff is as low quality as it comes, it pretty much comes apart after a couple of washes, but it is nice to purchase trendy stuff cheap. I am glad that Shein has given me a very good reason not to continue wasting my money on their garbage. And let me give a very special shout out to Fragrant Girl's Luggage, I hope the 7 bucks you saved screwing up my order over and over was worth it.

I placed a order with Shein which was suppose to arrive 11-13 thru the 11-15 but it came early while I was at work. The driver was communicating with me through text message and sent me a picture of my package left out my building with over 50 neighbors .I told the driver to not leave my package outside but to leave it inside my building or in front of my apartment door.

I was ignored and then the driver started communicating with me in Chinese. My package ended up being stolen by neighbors or the driver. Shein is giving me the run arounds about replacing my order so I had to repurchase my entire order. They reached out saying someone will get back to me in 7 days after telling my it'll take 24 hrs.

I want a refund since I had to repurchase my entire order.

Shein is hiring lazy dishonest drivers who speak no English & the customers suffer because of it. All of Shein staff members and Drivers are incompetent.

On 12/19/24 I received a email stated that my order was return and I re-deliver and it gave me a estimated arrive date for 12/27/2024 to 12/31/2024 my order was returned once again I requested a refund on 12/26/2024...

Order number is GSUNPP245000EJT.. Therefore I haven't received my refund it has been four businesses days...

My packages was delivered to the wrong address

I ordered a mini stepper and, as always, I placed my order through the app. I was waiting for my delivery and I got a tracking number.

A few days later, it said delivered, but it wasn't at my door. When I checked the tracking number, I found it was delivered in Auburn, AL, while I live in Mobile, AL. I contacted Shein and FedEx, and all they could say was that logistics had marked it as delivered successfully.

Even though I have proof that it was not delivered to my address and I don't live in Auburn, they refused to refund my money or send me my package. I'm pissed.

I wanted an urgent delivery with shein but now it's dragging. They sent my parcel to speedaf and now speedaf has not delivered my parcel up until today the 2nd of December. I ordered two pairs of shoes on promotion. They arrived in the wrong size.

Shein said I could return them and gave me a label for exchange. They received the shoes back but now refuse to exchange the two pairs for my size. They've kept the shoes and claim they've refunded 0000. That's it.

Their customer service is a nightmare. I asked, 'What kind of company does this?

Please, send me two pairs in Men's USA size 10.' But they responded, 'You get 0000 and the matter is closed.' Ridiculous. What a scam.

The order was shipped and it made it all the way to De Soto, Texas, which is 33 minutes away from my location. They have not had any updates on the order since the 20th.

Shein 20th m. They refused to talk to me, refused to help me until today, the 31st, when all they did was issue a partial refund. I asked them, 'What about my daughter's Christmas?' If they would have helped me when the package was first lost, then maybe things would be different. They told me, 'Sorry about that.

If you have any other questions, contact us back and end the chat.' I've been lied to; one agent promised it would be here by Christmas. I don't even know what to do.

I have been unable to shop at SHEIN for a year now. First you said it was due to irregular activities on my account. When I wrote a ticket you said it would be checked into a fixed . how do I fix it

I was told my account was suspended for irregular activity after SHEIN refunded two outfits last summer. Next, I was told that I violated SHEIN policy, and I never have broken any rules while shopping with SHEIN.

I had been a customer since 2023, and I asked numerous times to be provided with the record of when I violated the policy, to no avail. I asked when the suspension would be lifted and never got a proper answer; it had been a year. I don't believe it's legal, and I have never stolen any of your products, and I pay off the cards I use. I would like to know how to speak with a representative.

I'm not a programmer of the computer you use, and I believe you have marked my name unlawfully with a violation. Then I keep getting notifications from your company but am not being permitted to check out when I attempt to shop. My email is dcarrigan417@***.com, my phone number is +161********, and my address is 995 Thurman Ave, apartment C, Columbus, Ohio 43206. When I got suspended, my address was 1755 Alum Creek Drive, Columbus, Ohio 43207.

I believe whatever violation I was supposed to have done has run its course and should be lifted properly. I would like to be contacted by phone on weekdays after 1 PM.

They don't want you as a customer, period. They don't owe you an explanation. That's the reality of the situation but you're not comprehending.

If the suspension occurred Summer 2024 then you were using them for only a year. They told you it was a policy violation.

The suspension resulted from your return. They do not want you. There is a cost/benefit structure that you don’t fit into AND you broke their policy. You also need to stop saying “it is illegal” and they “unlawfully “.

It is not illegal.

They can refuse your business for any or no reason. Stop spouting off made-up garbage you know nothing about just to make it fit your pathetic story.

How are you going to sue Shein? This is a Chinese-owned and operated company that has currently moved their headquarters out of mainland China to Singapore.

Do you have the deep pockets to hire attorneys in China and Singapore to sue them? If you had that kind of money, you wouldn't be purchasing cheap, made in China clothing.

I caught this delivery driver from speedx many times (in a Tesla) throwing the package during delivery. I have videos to prove this.

He will get out of the car and just throw the package not even go to the front door!

So lazy. It will be by the garage door or wherever the neighbors will see in plain view in the moddle of the walkway!

You need to complain to whatever delivery service it is, i.e. USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc.
