They keep back and fort with a wig I purchased, saying that I did not order it from there website, I even gave the wig a 5 star review on their website. After about 12 emails I was told to send in the order # and I cannot follow up.

I returned a wig to Shein in prefect condition not touched because it was too short. I even reodered a longer wig.

Now that I returned the short wig. Shein is telling me that I sent the wrong item and they will send back the wig to me. They are unprofessional. This is not 1st I have to be back and forth with people from Shein.

This time I am done. There are too much competitors out there.

All I need is my refund . Right now I will call them theives, the people they have working for them are theives

I ordered two pair of house slippers for the winter! One of them came properly packaged and the other came by USPS directly to my mailbox.

I retrieved the shoes from my mailbox and opened the package, I noticed right away that the shoes were used. I would like to return them but having an issue creating a return ticket with no assistance.

I've made an order on da 23 December I thought everything was fine because my order was being submitted to shein and my money was deducted from my account while I was waiting for my order I've got an email that's said my order was being cancelled or it's unfinished oder they didn't explain why or my money was shot so now I need my money back I cancel all my order

I made an order on the 23rd of December. I thought everything was fine because my order was submitted and my money was deducted from my account the following day.

However, I received an email from Shein stating that my order was being cancelled.

They didn't explain to me why my order was cancelled. I would like to know how much I owe you in order to release my order, as I really need it.

I placed a huge order! Nothing was delivered!

I ordered from them many times and never had a problem! My address never changed and was correct! I was home all day! It says the whole shipment was damaged during transit and there's no way to contact Shein!

What a scam! I will never order anything from this company again! Do not order, it's at your own risk.

There's no way to contact anyone! I am disputing charges on my credit card!

Hung up again for the fifth time I am suing this company you have $400 worth of my stuff stuck in Chicago. Theres a simple answer that all you guys had to do was said manufacturers home and address or manufacturer ID code for each commodity required the recommended action to have the stuff shipped And have the shipper or Porter provide the manufacturers name and address.

Thats all that needed to be done. My stuff has been stuck in Chicago over 60 items for 32 days and I cant talk to a live person so who the *** is giving me my *** money back

It seems like you don't have a customer service number. I am very upset by this and will take this matter up with the authorities responsible for tracking scam websites that are stealing our hard-earned money for products you never send.

I tried over an hour and nothing.

Tried to start a ticket and couldn't. This is the worst customer service experience I've ever had.
