I received the wrong item. I was supposed to get one purple contact lens and one pink, and instead I got nothing but purple.
Where is my pink?
It's been over a week now. I need my refund sent back to my original payment now!

Shein received email but never responded. Contacted credit card and they refunded $. Contact bank because this company doesn't respond to emails.
Received my email, but no response
No answer from anyone. No phone number.
Delivered to the wrong address, not the one on the invoice.
Check with USPS; it was delivered to a P.O. box and the other to my street, someone with a gate.

Shein is becoming something else. For the past 5 days, I have ordered some stuff for my birthday for over $600.
They keep asking me for a screenshot of the online banking transaction. I have uploaded all the documents I can lay my hands on; they keep rejecting them. Meanwhile, they have debited my account, and my order has not been shipped, and my birthday is fast approaching. This is nonsense.
I will never buy from Shein again. I need my money back.

Have been in contact 3 times and their final email state that I should call the delivery company to get resolution even after I reminded them that I didn't choose the company they did. They have been reported to 3 different agencies.
I have been charged additional shipping on three separate orders because the 'SHIPPO' shipping company is being used and is a fraudulent shipping company. According to the United States Postal Service, they are using fraudulent shipping labels, and if we don't pay the shipping, the product goes to the inspector's warehouse, and we will never have access to it, so we cannot return the items for a refund. I want a refund of my charges and never want anything I order to go through SHIPPO again.

I was adding items to my cart, and all of a sudden I received a confirmation that my order was placed. I order online all the time, and this doesn't happen. I immediately tried to cancel the order, but all items were not able to be canceled. These were inexpensive items, but they totaled $13.98, which was mostly shipping, I believe.
I've tried to reach out, but I found no contact information for communication.
That is how I ended up on this site leaving this message, as I was trying to find an email or phone number to communicate with them. Very frustrating!

I purchased a pair of Adidas shoes from Shein, order number GSU14438A001G5D. The shoes were too big, so I initiated a return exactly as instructed by Shein.
They provided a UPS QR code, which was scanned at UPS, and I received the official return receipt. After a long period with no update from Shein, the app showed the item as delivered, but I never received any further communication from them. When I contacted customer service, I was told they never received the package, even though the app clearly showed it as delivered. Later, they told me the package was delivered to the wrong Shein distribution center.
I explained that I followed their instructions exactly, and this mistake was not mine. After days of conflicting answers, Shein then claimed that the item did not pass the quality inspection and therefore they would not issue a refund. This is false and contradictory because they had previously said they never received the item. I never wore the shoes; they were brand new and intact.
Shein is withholding my money for an error that was entirely their fault. Their responses have been inconsistent, misleading, and unprofessional.
This situation is unacceptable and reflects bad faith and deceptive business practices. I request an immediate investigation and a full refund of my purchase.

Two days ago, I put in several individual orders; one was $55.81. The other one was $16.74.
They said the shipping was free. They charged me $5.27 for one and $5.05 for another, but if the shipping is free, why are they charging? But that's not the problem; the problem is that they never packed my order for $55.81, and if it's not done today, I'm gonna have my bank reverse the payment, because I've been emailing them and emailing them, and they even told me they don't email anymore. Well, I want my damn money, or I want my items.
