I contacted Shein because I ordered 8 items but they only sent me 6. The 2 missing items were huge and would have been obvious if I had received them but they kept saying they had verified that the product in my package was not missing and asked me to check the package again and again.
The worst part was after I offered to give them my proof to prove that it was their packaging mistake, guess what, they immediately refused and said they would no longer assist my case. This is definitely a scam company.

I ordered for some items around 300 euros and the second order about 100 euros and them returned some items I didn't like. Unfortunately because the items were plenty in number I mistakenly put some in the wrong shein bags with the wrong scan code on the bags.
Because of this my refund still shows processing and it's been over a month now. Only 3 or 4 items from the same packaging have been refunded. About 50 euros from 300 euros and the second order about 16 euros from 150 euros. The rest hasnt.
My Klarna is requesting I pay the remaining money used to order the items on shein, but how can I pay for items I didn't even keep. Why is it taking so long to process the refund

My order from shien got delivered to the wrong address. I contacted them and I was told theres nothing they can do about it, except the delivery company sort me out.
Then I sent a mail to the delivery company - (Evri) and was told Shien is to resolve the issue for me.
I did contact SHEIN again but no one has been responding to me. And this is really sad because the parcel was meant for my daughters one year birthday and at this point, all I need is my refund because its been 3 weeks now and I expect Shien to do better!!!

They sent me two hats that looked like they were made while somebody was blindfolded. The stitching is terrible and the brim of the hat digs into the side of your head.
I've sent all the pictures and all the screenshots of everything. They know exactly what happened and I've already been offered a refund.
The last message I got was offering the refund and they asked, 'Should we go forward?' I said yes and haven't heard a damn thing back. It's been over 12 hours.

- Just a lot of back-and-forth

Verified ReviewerI returned 2 items to Shein, they only refunded 1 and stole the other item. They told me that they only receive 1.
I returned two women's blouses to Shein on 04/24/24, and they only refunded me for one. When I inquired, they claimed they did not receive two items.
I have been going back and forth with them for my refund. I have been purchasing from them for years.
I won't be purchasing from them anymore. Their staff stole my shirt.

My mom ordered tea candles for my wedding and they shipped with no batteries. we can buy batteries but the a lot where they fit is tiny.
not for any common batteries. we are trying to figure out what batteries to put in them.

I didn't receive my package from Shein. They sent me an email where they said the package had been successfully delivered.
It was not easy to find a way to communicate with their customer service. Moreover, somehow my cell phone number was hacked in connection with this missing package because some fraudulent texts started coming to my cell phone, asking me to pay 27 cents for new delivery of my package. I suspect Shein is leaking my personal data to a third party. My package is still missing.
Shein says they are not to blame.
DHL service states that I need to ask Shein to start a search. Shein is very difficult to communicate with.
