I was very excited to receive my order from SHEIN, but when I opened the package and reached inside, I was NOT prepared for what I would find. My hand immediately felt wet, and when I pulled my hand out, it looked like it was covered in blood.
Everything inside was covered in it and all wet.
I took photos and videos of the package and the clothing and sent it to the company. All I keep hearing is to package it all up and send it back. I dont think anyone understands that I refuse to touch this unknown substance, which looks like blood, again.
Let alone package it up and send it off in the mail.
The customer service has been super hard to get in touch with too. I tried calling the number that was posted, and it said it wasnt connected.

I placed an order with Shein on 9/29 for 2 items. First, the color I ordered for one of the items was not in stock. I was offered the option of exchanging the item or cancelling. I chose to exchange it for a color that was still in stock. Over the course of the next days, right up to yesterday, I was sent message after message that it was out of stock and I could cancel or exchange it. Someone from Shein helped me switch the color to the one that was available the first time, and afterwards, I understood how I could do it online myself. I did this time after time. It was for the same exact thing, but I noticed the price was fluctuating each time I would opt to 'exchange' the exact same item for itself. Look at the photo that shows how many times Shein had me doing this.
Then, yesterday I received yet another email saying there would be a delay and I had to write back and let them know if they should cancel my order and if I didn't respond, they would. I wrote back 'No, I really want it, I will wait till it comes in. Do not cancel my order'.
Surprise, surprise, today I get an email saying YAY my Shein order for that item was cancelled. I will never shop Shein again. This item (in the second color I purchased) has been in stock the entire time this has been going on. I just checked and it is still in stock. I can add it to my cart. I believe the issue is I got a great price on it, and the seller Fragrant Girl's Luggage does not want to honor the price I purchased it at. I hope it is worth it for Shein to work with someone so dishonest that customers are traumatized enough never to visit Shein's website again. What a giant waste of my time, and Shein's 'customer support chat' leaves much to be desired. I cannot remember a more frustrating online shopping experience. It was HORRIBLE.
Their stuff is as low quality as it comes, it pretty much comes apart after a couple of washes, but it is nice to purchase trendy stuff cheap. I am glad that Shein has given me a very good reason not to continue wasting my money on their garbage. And let me give a very special shout out to Fragrant Girl's Luggage, I hope the 7 bucks you saved screwing up my order over and over was worth it.

I placed a order with Shein which was suppose to arrive 11-13 thru the 11-15 but it came early while I was at work. The driver was communicating with me through text message and sent me a picture of my package left out my building with over 50 neighbors .I told the driver to not leave my package outside but to leave it inside my building or in front of my apartment door.
I was ignored and then the driver started communicating with me in Chinese. My package ended up being stolen by neighbors or the driver. Shein is giving me the run arounds about replacing my order so I had to repurchase my entire order. They reached out saying someone will get back to me in 7 days after telling my it'll take 24 hrs.
I want a refund since I had to repurchase my entire order.
Shein is hiring lazy dishonest drivers who speak no English & the customers suffer because of it. All of Shein staff members and Drivers are incompetent.

I have been a customer for over 7 years and spend a lot of money on shopping with Shein. By the way, I am a VIP customer.
Between October 16 and October 22, 2024, I placed several orders. The total amount is $298.35 (with an error of $5 since the app sometimes shows double orders). Of course, as always, I try on some clothes and return what doesn't fit me. However, when I wanted to check my orders, I realized the return button was missing.
They told me my account had been suspended. I was certain it was a mistake as I have always been a very good customer and spent a lot on their products. I reached out to customer service but all they said was that my account had been temporarily suspended due to abnormal activities. They also stated that they were unable to assist in lifting the restriction as this action had been triggered automatically by their system.
They assured me that if my account remained in good standing, the restriction would eventually be lifted. I hardly leave reviews and exclusively place orders. I spent about $300 only to find out that my account has been suspended for an unclear reason. They didn't explain why, and now I am stuck in this situation.
I sincerely believe that their customer service needs improvement. They must be capable of fixing a glitch like this because it is certainly a mistake. Currently, I cannot return items. Please help me solve this issue, and ensure it doesn't happen in the future.
I am now actually afraid to place orders because they can suspend my activity without explaining why. They say they can't explain why because an automated system did it, so they don't know why. This has resulted in a significant loss of money for me. I did nothing differently than I did with my orders from the past 7 years of shopping.
Customer support was of no help; they merely apologized for the inconvenience. It's their problem that I'm losing money because their automated system is malfunctioning.

I am extremely disappointed as I have not received the item I ordered from SHEIN. I have always had a smooth experience with DHL, the usual carrier used by SHEIN, but this time, for some unknown reason, FedEx was chosen to deliver my package.
Unfortunately, FedEx made a mistake and sent it to the wrong address. Despite their efforts, they were unable to retrieve the package. I was advised to contact SHEIN for assistance, but I am facing a lack of cooperation from their end. This situation is not my fault, yet I am left without my merchandise or a refund.
It feels like I am being taken advantage of. I hope to resolve this matter amicably, but if necessary, I will not hesitate to escalate this issue to the Better Business Bureau. My hard-earned money should not just disappear without any resolution.
FedEx sent an email that I gave to SHEIN, and they still won't refund or replace my items. 200+ dollars are gone, these places we buy from are frauds.

I ordered some stuff for my birthday. The company, SHEIN, has now been delivered by a carrier called SPEEDX, which is so terrible.
These people claimed they attempted to deliver to my house, which was a lie. They never came, saying my address was wrong, which was a lie. I never had those problems before. I tried reaching out to that company since 11/5/2024, but no one ever contacted me back.
It also said I could retrieve my package from the local carrier. I'm thinking it's the post office, but it's not there. I contacted SHEIN, but there was no response.
I want my package or my money back. I will not be shopping at SHEIN anymore!

My package was delivered to the wrong address, number 68. The package was placed outside the door of this incorrect address, and Shein uploaded a photo of the wrong address as confirmation.
I went to the address that was displayed as proof, and the lady at that address almost hit me.
I'm really disappointed that Shein is refusing to refund me on my PayPal. My actual address is number 66.

I have sent some of my clothes for recent refund, and I put the request of return on the same day i my got delivered.
