- I ordered a couch from SHEIN; tracking was fraudulent.
- The seller took $383.63 and never shipped.
- I had to contact BBB; refund was submitted.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. I had to contact BBB in order for SHEIN to respond and give me a full refund.
I sent BBB all the screen shots for proof. Refund was processed same day BBB contacted them.
By March 5th, the order was supposedly delivered. Wrong. I called FedEx and gave them the info I was given by SHEIN: tracking number and my name, and all come to find out the seller gave me a fraudulent tracking number, meaning they gave me someone else's tracking number, who lives down the street from me, made it seem like I was getting my order, but in reality, it was a scam. They took $383.63 and never sent me the couches.
SHEIN isn't responding to customer service chat; its become frustrating. And also, as the days pass, others have left reviews explaining the same exact situation happening to them! I want a FULL refund of $383.63. The photo provided is someone else's home where the delivery occurred, but I got in contact with the homeowner, and their items weren't even SHEIN orders.
UPDATE: Ive had to contact BBB in order for SHEIN to give me my refund.
Refund was submitted the same day BBB contacted them. I sent over screenshots of everything for proof.

I ordered $134 worth of items. SHEIN SPEEDEX delivery driver delivered my items OUTSIDE of my apartment complex.
Not in lobby, in front of my door, or mailbox, but OUTSIDE of the actual complex. Not only that, they never attempted to contact me to allow them inside the building or for access code, although my access code is listed in delivery instructions. Not only that, they even had the nerve to say they delivered it in front of my door. A BLATANT LIE.
This is not SHEIN, this is SPEEDEX delivery services that SHEIN uses. In the Proof of Delivery picture, you can clearly see the items were delivered on the sidewalk outside of the apartment complex. You can already guess that upon arriving home, my package was not there. I mean obviously, it was delivered for the outside world to steal first come first serve lol.
I immediately contacted SHEIN via the app to dispute the fact that I paid $134 for items and never received them. In the app, its an automated help service. So about 2 days later, I got an email stating that no refund would be issued because it shows my items were delivered. First off, I never said they werent delivered.
They werent delivered to me properly so I never received them. They were stolen. I was irritated asf. But thanks to whoever provided an actual SHEIN contact phone number on this site, I was able to speak to someone in person regarding this matter.
She immediately understood and told me theyd investigate and get back to me in about 48 hours. She even said she sees the proof of delivery picture showing that the package was in fact delivered outside on the sidewalk to the whole world. About 15 mins after the call, I received a text and email notification from SHEIN confirming the refund of my items!
I am actually impressed by SHEIN and their in person customer service! Thank you so much to the kind lady who helped me.

Ive been dealing with this situation for about a month now with NO SATISFACTION! I was told to keep the smallest luggage and my $129 would be refunded which it hasnt! I would like to report the extremely distressing experience I have had with Shein. I honestly cannot find the right words to describe how frustrating this has been.
This situation has made me escalate the issue and consider posting on all possible platforms to warn others about what I am going through.
I am based in Egypt, and I usually order from Shein Saudi Arabia through relatives or friends who are in KSA and bring the orders with them when they travel back to Egypt. Unfortunately, we cannot order directly to Egypt due to customs complications, so we either rely on travelers or sellers, which is much more expensive.
Therefore, I place orders based on the travel schedules of people coming to Egypt. Timing is extremely important for me.
In December, I performed my first direct order during my Umrah trip. The order was worth 2000 SAR (Order No.
GSH1QJ521000TAC) using Visa ending with ***2012. Everything went smoothly.
Later, before Ramadan, a relative was planning to travel to Egypt. I started preparing my cart and accidentally placed an order because the app does not require OTP confirmation. The order was placed immediately before I could review the final price.
It was also placed to the address of my first order in Jeddah, while my relative was actually in Riyadh.
I canceled that order because it was placed by mistake.
I then adjusted my cart and placed three separate orders using Visa ending with **1146. My relative was originally traveling on 16/2, but their travel date was changed to 13/2. The estimated delivery was between 1517 February, so I had to cancel those orders because no one would be available to receive them.
The next day, I was informed that their travel was postponed again to 24/2, which gave me another chance to place an order. I reordered, and from this point, the problems started.
Any order placed with Visa ending in 1146 started going under risk verification.
Every document I submitted to verify the payments was rejected for illogical reasons. Customer support was extremely unhelpful, and the experience has been exhausting and frustrating. There has been no cooperation, only wasted time, money, energy, and endless refund cycles.
I then tried placing an order using the original Visa ending with ***2012 (Order No. GSH15K52B00N1YW), and it was successfully placed and delivered.
About two weeks later, another acquaintance was traveling from Riyadh.
I still needed items from the previously canceled orders, so I updated the address to my friends location and placed order GSH16U52N001AF5 on February 20 using Visa ending with 1146.
Again, it went under verification. My friend was only in Riyadh from March 1 to March 4 for work before returning to Egypt. Verification takes 2448 hours and ends in rejection. These orders cannot tolerate delays because they are tied to travel schedules.
The order was canceled automatically without proper assistance.
Customer support was not helpful, and sometimes they even closed the chat before I finished explaining. I cannot call from Egypt, so all communication is through chat, and no one resolves anything they just transfer me from one agent to another.
I decided to place new orders again using Visa ending with ***2012 (which had two successfully delivered orders before) and another completely new Visa card. I placed two orders:GSH16U52B001TKD (Visa ***2012)GSH16U52B00MPDJ (new Visa)
Suddenly, the order placed with the previously successful Visa also went under verification, and the order with the new Visa was automatically canceled without any notification. This is not the first time this happens, and it is completely unacceptable not to be informed.
Since February 21, I have been sending all required documents and bank confirmations proving that the payments were successfully processed from your side, yet you are still keeping them pending or rejecting them.
Responses come once per day, are useless, and show no understanding of my situation.
I firmly believe that this issue is not related to my cards but rather that my account has been flagged.
Previously, I canceled three orders and then reordered two of them shortly after.
Since then, every new order goes under verification or gets canceled even when I use a different Visa card.
This clearly indicates that the issue is related to my account activity, not my payment method.
There is nothing fraudulent or suspicious about canceling and reordering items. This is normal customer behavior, especially when adjusting purchases.
I am requesting:A full manual review of my accountRemoval of any security flags or restrictions applied to itEscalation of this case to a higher departmentWritten confirmation that my account is fully clearedAssurance that future orders will not be automatically placed under repeated verification or cancellation
I need a clear resolution to this matter cause I wont stay Silent and I am gonna take further serious actions if its not resolved.
