I returned a wig to Shein in prefect condition not touched because it was too short. I even reodered a longer wig.
Now that I returned the short wig. Shein is telling me that I sent the wrong item and they will send back the wig to me. They are unprofessional. This is not 1st I have to be back and forth with people from Shein.
This time I am done. There are too much competitors out there.
All I need is my refund . Right now I will call them theives, the people they have working for them are theives

I was very excited to receive my order from SHEIN, but when I opened the package and reached inside, I was NOT prepared for what I would find. My hand immediately felt wet, and when I pulled my hand out, it looked like it was covered in blood.
Everything inside was covered in it and all wet.
I took photos and videos of the package and the clothing and sent it to the company. All I keep hearing is to package it all up and send it back. I dont think anyone understands that I refuse to touch this unknown substance, which looks like blood, again.
Let alone package it up and send it off in the mail.
The customer service has been super hard to get in touch with too. I tried calling the number that was posted, and it said it wasnt connected.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. They investigated and found the issue and immediately gave my refund.
SHEIN has resolved my issue and their customer support and sincerity has helped me feel great about them again and I appreciate Saly who was empathetic and acknowledged my unfortunate experience and made it better I truly appreciate the extra mile and assistance
I had other items with my order, and the suitcases, which were supposedly shipped first, but I still never received my items. I received my other stuff before my trip, but not the suitcases. I let it go, thinking when I come back it will be here. I came back a couple days ago, I checked on my Shein app where it said delivered in mailbox, which is weird.
I go to the mailbox, and they gave me a damn envelope with tracking info on it. I can't believe they did this to me. I tried to do a service ticket, and they're telling me they're sorry for the inconvenience and my experience, but there were no missing items. How the *** is that possible when I never got my items?
You only sent an envelope. I'm tired of the run around, and I want a refund. That was basically 60 dollars for that set, and I want my money back. Last time, they didn't give me a few items I ordered a couple months ago.
I tried letting that slide and take my loss, but this right here is the last straw. Something needs to be done about this.
I have shopped with Shein for over 5-6 years, recommended many people to shop with Shein. I'm highly disappointed and I need help.

The tablet was delivered, I start using it and I opened a stupid preloaded game app that will now not close at all. As soon as I enter my pin to open up the tablet, it goes straight to the stupid game so I couldnt even use the tablet And its very irritating because I would expect it to work and not freeze up the first time after I set it up, I just want a new tablet that works.

Yodel did not knock on the door. Our door opens straight onto the pavement on a busy road.
In my Yodel app I say there is no safe space. Yodel placed parcel behind a small plant pot in full view of the pavement. My neighbours do not have it. After a lengthy discussion with Yodel they said contact Shein to claim from us and refund you.
I did Shein contacted Yodel who told them nothing of our conversation, only that they delivered to the correct address. I answered all of Shein requests. I explained and provided photographs. They refuse to refund me £35.36 as the parcel was delivered to the correct address.
I have spent an inordinate amount of time going round and round in circles with these 2 shady business's. Getting nowhere. You cannot speak to a human. The phone number just cuts off.
They are greedy and deceitful, hiding behind their Webb bots and computers. They actually have zero care for their customers.
Absolutely shocking behaviour and zero customer services. They must be making a fortune ripping people off and taking their hard earned money.

To Whom it May concern,
I am writing to follow up on seven outstanding orders placed in December, order numbers are listed below . Despite numerous attempts to track their progress, I have yet to receive these packages.
I initially submitted a support ticket regarding the delayed deliveries, but have not received a response.
I was subsequently informed by a postal worker that the packages were returned due to an insufficient mailbox size. This is inaccurate; all my deliveries are routinely left on my front porch, and tracking information shows the packages were never actually dispatched.
The total value of the undelivered orders exceeds $200.
I request immediate action to resolve this matter. I would appreciate either the delivery of the ordered items or a full refund for the undelivered orders.

I ordered two pair of house slippers for the winter! One of them came properly packaged and the other came by USPS directly to my mailbox.
I retrieved the shoes from my mailbox and opened the package, I noticed right away that the shoes were used. I would like to return them but having an issue creating a return ticket with no assistance.

I placed a huge order! Nothing was delivered!
I ordered from them many times and never had a problem! My address never changed and was correct! I was home all day! It says the whole shipment was damaged during transit and there's no way to contact Shein!
What a scam! I will never order anything from this company again! Do not order, it's at your own risk.

In the beginning, on Dec 15, I was supposed to receive a package I ordered on Dec 4th from Shein. The delivery service was SpeedX.
The package was delivered and left at my front door for an hour. A neighbor or someone most likely took it.
I immediately tried to reach out to Shein about the situation but there were no results. The customer service is gross and composed of foul human beings.

They will put a hold on it and they will call them. Copy all your notes to them as proof that they’re not responding to your email or phone calls.
Tell your bank to get your full refund.
All of these extremely cheap products are being produced in sweatshops man!! It's 2023 u would think everyone would be knowledgeable about it.. smh boycott SheIn temu ECT!!!
Local police can and will do nothing and they will be the first ones to tell you so.
If you believe anything to be foul, then report to police with product, pictures, and receipts of what should be in the package. You can also file an appeal of the payment to your bank (or agent that paid your product).
Let them do an investigation to get your refund. (This may take some time, but they investigation will be considered). The customer service department of Shein is VERY difficult to work with. I had most success on EMails over anything else.
I made the complaint of order issue on the sign in at the Shein website, of the item received, and got response after persistent proving that my order had an issue. They also claimed that I was past the deadline, but proved with pictures of when item was shipped, the telephone calls I made, and the Emails they answered.
When I finally proved my side to be within the time limits stated on orders, then I was taken care of. I order once and never will again from Shein.
Won't see me buying anything from them. This company should be investigated by the authorities for not only this but their non existent customer service
Given Shein gives their customers money based off how many 'likes' they can generate upon posting a product review, it wouldn't surprise me if Shein also pays people to post positive comments on their low-rated reviews at review sites such as this one.
I order from them all the time at least 5 times a week and have never had a issue. I LOVE THE THINGS I GET AND THE PRICE IS AMAZING.

I have been ordering from them. I gotta say extremely satisfied.
Never was late, never mistake, never a sign of any wrongness. Moreover, I had some items from them wanted to return because of some big, some small size items. They gave me refund back. And suggested to keep the items.
So, I had some items kept for my girlfriends give as presents. Great quality always dresses and shoes. Which I could never afford to buy typical shoes from different companies. The more you buy items , the smaller the cost, plus you save with coupons with better discount.
Thus I believe packages dispatch could be at fault but not the company headquarters or reputation in whole. Sorry.
