Returned items were received 2 months ago. The account shows this, but they keep my money because I have an Affirm complaint active. Insane company taking advantage of overseas buyers that return things. No contact is possible for complaints. Only emails, and they just send the same answer no matter what. My package was delivered to the wrong place 5 days ago. I've reported it with SHEIN and Speedx; however, no one is giving me either a refund or replacement package, so I'm putting you all on notice because I've turned you in for mail fraud and business fraud. Every day I reach out, and the only answer given to me is that they'll give me an answer within 24 hours, but it's now been over 72 hours and still no refund or replacement.

Verified Reviewer |Inside package filled with what looks like blood
I was very excited to receive my order from SHEIN, but when I opened the package and reached inside, I was NOT prepared for what I would find. My hand immediately felt wet, and when I pulled my hand out, it looked like it was covered in blood.
Everything inside was covered in it and all wet.
I took photos and videos of the package and the clothing and sent it to the company. All I keep hearing is to package it all up and send it back. I dont think anyone understands that I refuse to touch this unknown substance, which looks like blood, again.
Let alone package it up and send it off in the mail.
The customer service has been super hard to get in touch with too. I tried calling the number that was posted, and it said it wasnt connected.

Fake adidas jacket received
received Shein replied, Shein asked to proof further verification with Adidas sg on the fake adidas jacket I recd.
Adidas Sg does not produce report on the verbal verification at any Adidas Sg outlet. Well, they have internal SOP to do verification on how to verify the authenticity of the apparel.
Shein Sg may proceed to do verification with Adidas SG if they wish after I return.
But Shein website has locked and refuse to accept my return for refund.
This is an unethical. Waiting for Shein SG to reply.

I placed an order with this company, and they requested a screenshot of my bank account. After providing the requested proof, I discovered that they had unauthorizedly withdrawn £143 from my account.
Following this, communication was abruptly severed. When I inquired about the representatives name, they refused to provide this information before ending the contact.
Please exercise caution and be wary of trusting this company, as they appear to engage in fraudulent activities.

Still isn't resolved and they have seen the confirmation email numerous or times now I'm being told to wait and it's been over a month. Shein is a deceptive business and Imma prove it.
Now they have took away any and all free shipping for me.. I have it every bit recorded.. They are the most dishonest online merchant I know.
At least Temu will fix their issues.. They will refund u when something isn't right.
I have all messages and copies from entry single message.
And the proof I sent them proof! U am filing lawsuit and federal charges for my mail

No refund since from April 2025
I purchased shoes from Shein and on arrival I fitted and they were small. I requested a refund but they told Buffalo Couriers will come collect.
Until they haven't collected the shoes. This was in April 2025 till today I have tried to communicate with both Shein and Buffalo but they keep sending same automated emails.
By so doing Shein is scamming customers and do not want to take the responsibility of their action. Worse they don't have telephone line where I can call them and their WhatsApp doesn't respond to my messages.
I'm truly disgusted but both companies cause I tried to communicate with all of them.

Till recently haven't had any problems ordering from them and receiving my merchandise in good shape. I recently ordered a Benchmade shootout OTF automatic knife.
First thing I noticed when it arrived was it was missing the glass breaker just had *** on it on that end roughly threaded to receive the glass breaker. It also was missing a couple of indicators that would lead me to believe that it's not a real Benchmade such as serial number or model number. Contacted Benchmade and show them a photo of the knife and they said it wasn't theirs wasn't even one of their knockoffs sold to somebody else they don't make a knife those colors in that model. Contacted seeing several times about this that he putting me off two days at a time saying that they were passing my information to the next team in the next team that would handle it promptly within 2 days, I haven't heard anything!!!
I advise them that I would like a refund on the knife in the right one sent.
I also informed them if the right knife shows up I would gladly pay them the price they were asking for the items they were pretending that this was!!! Extremely irritated with this situation I don't feel like I'm going to get a good answer or the resolution I'm looking for anyone have any ideas???

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. They investigated and found the issue and immediately gave my refund.
SHEIN has resolved my issue and their customer support and sincerity has helped me feel great about them again and I appreciate Saly who was empathetic and acknowledged my unfortunate experience and made it better I truly appreciate the extra mile and assistance
I had other items with my order, and the suitcases, which were supposedly shipped first, but I still never received my items. I received my other stuff before my trip, but not the suitcases. I let it go, thinking when I come back it will be here. I came back a couple days ago, I checked on my Shein app where it said delivered in mailbox, which is weird.
I go to the mailbox, and they gave me a damn envelope with tracking info on it. I can't believe they did this to me. I tried to do a service ticket, and they're telling me they're sorry for the inconvenience and my experience, but there were no missing items. How the *** is that possible when I never got my items?
You only sent an envelope. I'm tired of the run around, and I want a refund. That was basically 60 dollars for that set, and I want my money back. Last time, they didn't give me a few items I ordered a couple months ago.
I tried letting that slide and take my loss, but this right here is the last straw. Something needs to be done about this.
I have shopped with Shein for over 5-6 years, recommended many people to shop with Shein. I'm highly disappointed and I need help.

My package was stolen because the delivery driver put my package on the ground next to my mailbox. When I looked at where they put the package online, it said 'Front porch,' but it had pictures of it on the ground next to the mailbox and a picture of my house. This is not right; either put it where you say you put it, or put it in the mailbox if it will fit.

Verified ReviewerResolved: I recently ordered over $200 in clothing and shoes from Shein USA, for some reson the package says delivered however I am honestly not able to locate or retrieve them
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I had to provide an email from logistics proving I did infact not receive the packages after which Shein provided a refund.
'If packages are lost or damaged, we will reship or refund.' I contacted their customer service department 10 days ago; I'm always asked to submit a ticket, then a message is sent with the same exact words to check the porch or neighbors. No matter how many times I have replied that I have already done so, I am only told that since the package was marked delivered by the logistics team, they cannot refund or reship.
So I am to stand the loss of over $200 despite the package security displayed under every item. I need help, please; I cannot stand this loss.
