I placed my order on November 11th and was informed that my package should arrive in Nov. 28th.

The 28th comes around, and I get a notification saying that it should be now Around the 28th.

Fast-forward, today is Dec. 23rd I have written emails and have given chance after chance with patience. I have filed a report and never received a notification. I am angry that it is taking so long, and I'm hearing from no one.

The only thing that Shein did for me was add 50 points to my account.

That isn't good enough. I need what I paid money for or just give me a damn refund. Oh and who doesnt have a customer service number that people can call?? Shein needs to step it up or they won't have returning customers.

I get that we're in a pandemic, but don't promise things unless you can 1.

handle the pressure and 2. communicate and be completely transparent.

User's recommendation: Stay away.

Monetary Loss: $76.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

Shein Pros: Cheap stuff.

Shein Cons: Horrible customer service response, Will not return, No customer service number to call.
