The issue that I have experienced was: I purchased some products and received a confirmation email, but when I went to check my orders on the app I found nothing, my app is empty, there are no orders, purchases NOTHING but purchases were charged to my credit card. I need an urgent answer!

(I AM SURE I AM LOGGED IN TO THE CORRECT ACCOUNT)

It occurred on: 11/04/2020

This meant that THE VALUE OF MY PURCHASES WAS CHARGED IN THE CREDIT CARD, THE APP IS CHARGING ME, BUT I DO NOT HAVE PURCHASE RECORDS

send my purchases correctly, clarify what kind of problem is happening OR return the amount charged.

I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. As recommended by Trading Standards, I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply to this email address.
