so i ordered from SHEIN on april 21st 2021 and i have been trying to get this issue resolved since then i talked to my mail carrier and they act like they can't do anything about this they said i would have better luck talking to who i ordered from which is pathetic!! so i got a email on the 26th if i'm not mistaken that basically said my package was never as excited as i was it said my package was left in a parcel locker because i did order quite a lot but i never received , you can only imagine how bummed out i was to get a email from my local USPS that my package was delivered to the wrong address and couldn't be retrieved and now they wont me to file a claim , i'm highly upset and would really appreciate it if you guys helped me out because it's going on 4 weeks without my package , i thank you guys for doing your job but im highly upset .
Monetary Loss: $80.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
Shein Pros: Great prices, Good selection & prices.
Shein Cons: Stuff not arriving on time or not even arriving, Havent gotten my package in three weeks.
