I purchased the order GSHMS900B000R71 which was $78.61 back on October 5th, it shipped on October 5th and it has been in transit for 16 days now. I have been a loyal customer for a year and this is the longest I have waited for my order.
What's even more worrisome is that USPS has still not recieved my package yet. I have tried contacting the customer service at dispute@***.com but only recieved an auto-reply. I've opened up a support ticket but still haven't gotten a response. I have read reviews on trustpilot where other people were experiencing the same problem and their order tracking statuses never updated FOR MONTHS!!
I complained to BBB already, and even that site warns people not to trust Shein. I really want to be proven wrong and successfully recieve my package.
Can I get Katie to help me out? That would be really nice.
