To make a very long frustrating story short which took forever to resolve, the two items received damaged/defective were never replaced by Shein, as expected. After giving me the run around for weeks and finally telling me the damaged items described would be reshipped and asking for a description once again of the items to be replaced, they went back on their word!
Instead of replacing the damaged items as they had originally said they would, they gave me the option of either keeping the items, which were to be donated, at a 50% discount which amounted to an estimated $6.00, or returning the two damaged items at my expense for a full refund.
I ended up, unfortunately, having to keep the two damaged/defective items which were supposed to be Christmas gifts for a family member and donating them instead of Shein keeping their word and replacing the items as they had originally agreed to. VERY UNTRUSTWORTHY, DECEIVING AND MONEY HUNGRY AMBITIOUS COMPANY!!!
User's recommendation: DO NOT RECOMMEND!
Preferred solution: Rightfully replace the two damaged/defective items as originally promised with new ones in acceptable satisfactory good good condition..
Shein Pros: No pros.
Shein Cons: Terrible customer service.
