I have contacted the company at least five times regarding their product and delivery issues. With all this hassle, I still have not received a refund, but had to pay for a replacement. I was told by the customer service rep that the replacement would be free because if the annoyance

Not only did I wait such a long time to get this order, but I am very, very upset as it is a Christmas gift! How could you possibly send something like this out when it's missing the letter 'S' on the last word?!

THING-NO S! I need a replacement immediately. I am very upset. Plus, I have two other items coming.

I can imagine what this is going to be like. See photos! Doesn't anyone want to check before you mail things out? How can someone not notice that the 'S' is missing?

The first photo shows what the T-shirt is supposed to be printed as—things. The second photo shows the misprint! THING. Ridiculous, Jill Barbarise.

I have been trying to use your live chat, which doesn't even work. I am so disappointed!

Now I find out the return address isn't even valid! What is going on with this company?

User's recommendation: Stay away.

Shein Cons: Horrible customer service.

Everybody knows not to use Shein. They are a fast fashion company. That tells you everything.

I used Shein. Didn't know you couldn't return items for a refund.

Web site is the worst.

Was unable to contact anyone. I am now stuck with a 100.00 dallor order that doesn't fit and no way to return it
