Be honest or stop the useless games, and all the coaxing to buy messages. I wasted almost 2 hours of time and my friends.
Another thing: their returns are not clear. I was charged and got 2 of the exact same item; I only ordered 1.
This happened 3 times with no instructions to return. This company needs to appreciate their customers because I'm sure other people spend a lot of money as well.

Verified Reviewer |Parcel left in unsafe space stolen
After spending hours going round and round in circles with their computer customer services. I was refused a refund twice.
In the end I contacted my bank and got my money refunded. Shein app deleted.
In my Yodel app I say there is no safe space. Yodel placed parcel behind a small plant pot in full view of the pavement. My neighbours do not have it. After a lengthy discussion with Yodel they said contact Shein to claim from us and refund you.
I did Shein contacted Yodel who told them nothing of our conversation, only that they delivered to the correct address. I answered all of Shein requests. I explained and provided photographs. They refuse to refund me £35.36 as the parcel was delivered to the correct address.
I have spent an inordinate amount of time going round and round in circles with these 2 shady business's. Getting nowhere. You cannot speak to a human. The phone number just cuts off.
They are greedy and deceitful, hiding behind their Webb bots and computers. They actually have zero care for their customers.
Absolutely shocking behaviour and zero customer services. They must be making a fortune ripping people off and taking their hard earned money.

THER IS NO STATUS!!! Can’t get a response from their customer service and when I do it takes a week.
Shein now officially sucks and I’m telling everyone I know who orders from them, not to, and they won’t use them again.
Sad and pathetic shein has become. What a shame…
The tablet was delivered, I start using it and I opened a stupid preloaded game app that will now not close at all. As soon as I enter my pin to open up the tablet, it goes straight to the stupid game so I couldnt even use the tablet And its very irritating because I would expect it to work and not freeze up the first time after I set it up, I just want a new tablet that works.

Hurrible! poor quality service with no response or resolution. Price grouching change after items are selecting. Deceived advertised price! Delayed order without refund.
My previous order was delayed till about 2 weeks after Mother's Day without refund or issuance of credit for the delay.
Zero or no customer support to advise or resolve issues. All effort to contact Shein for about 3 months has failed till date, hopefully they will get this concern.
Frustration caused by Shein for price grouching with meter reading once items are selected. What should the advertised price change when selected and add to the cart? This is deceitful, disappointed and stealing which destroys trust and impact sells. Also, I am unable to use the coupon offered to me at the initial login time.
I was unable to use my points earned from previous purchases. I am disappointed and frustrated with SHEIN poor customer services, Also there is no phone, chat or email to seek help. There is good need to change SHEIN management to save the business. Shein used to be good with great quality service years ago.
Your customers are redirecting to Amazon, Temu, Alibaba with better customer service via phone, chat and email. Your reputation and customers are drastically falling due to your no contact customer service. You need to stop the terrible strategy and switch to Amazon style. Again, track your customers and see how many you have lost so far.
I need someone to contact me for immediate resolution and response to me concerns as I cannot contact you. I do need my refund on delayed products.

It is deceitful, agonizing and chase customer away as they cannot trust your business. Contact me and address my issue for resolution. Auto issue credits once delayed, overcharged customers. Create features to access coupons and points to customers who earns them. Emulate the great quality customer services of Amazon to attract customer back to Shein. Constantly track your customers to see where they go and why? Change strategies that does not work immediately. This present approach of price grouching and higher prices that advertised price doe not work but destroys your reputaion and trust with customers. It also caused your some of your frautrated customers.

To Whom it May concern,
I am writing to follow up on seven outstanding orders placed in December, order numbers are listed below . Despite numerous attempts to track their progress, I have yet to receive these packages.
I initially submitted a support ticket regarding the delayed deliveries, but have not received a response.
I was subsequently informed by a postal worker that the packages were returned due to an insufficient mailbox size. This is inaccurate; all my deliveries are routinely left on my front porch, and tracking information shows the packages were never actually dispatched.
The total value of the undelivered orders exceeds $200.
I request immediate action to resolve this matter. I would appreciate either the delivery of the ordered items or a full refund for the undelivered orders.

And after contacting usps packages was never mailed only a shipping label was created.

Zero to the poorest customer service. What good is a company with no customer service? It has been 3 months now I have been trying to contact them for my order challenges: delay from mothers' day.
My order was delayed from Mother's Day and I need my refund for that. The high auto price increase after I selected an item!
She in is ripping off its customer. The price it shows on item changes as you add them to the cart or check out. Unable to use coupon and reward points. No customer service to help.
I am frustrated, feel deceived and cannot trust this business again. No form of contact: phone, chat, email is working. Stop the price grouching on items. It is stealing, unreliable and bad business.
Amazon and Temu are doing better than Shein now. You are chasing your customers away. The advertised price should stay the same till checked out. You drastically exaggerated item prices once selected and placed in a cart.
Upon checkout the amount double and I was unable to use coupon and even the points I earned I cannot use. This is not Shein I know and have introduced to people.
I am disappointed with Shein service and how it is destroying its reputation. You need to emulate Amazon, Alibaba, Temu, on good customer service and price control!

Stop price grouching, Develop a good quality customer service via contacts: [hone, chat and email to address customers issue immediately to encourage sells and prevent confusion and frustrated customers. Auto refund once you delay order. Finally, emulate Amazon, Temu, Alibaba in good customer service and price control as well as immediate refunds. Stop deceiving your customers with metered price change. Sell quality products for that was the reason why I shop at Shein . Change your management quickly as they are destroying your good reputation. Customers are dropping you for Amazon and Temu . Track your customers and see how fast you are dumped! Fix the problem fast and save some of your customers.

Since 3 june im waiting for the delivery company to pick up the package after many complaints and calls they contacted me then promises to come and bailed on me again !!! I have a life you know ?
Im blocked at home waiting ,they contact me than bail !!! Why ?
And of course shein does nothing
I called / i complained/ i sent location etc... Nope not going to happen!
I have prouve of everything ,im really tired i dont advise anyone to buy from shein if tgey think to exchange or something they will have a nightmare

I tried contacting shein by live chat then after many days waiting they asked me to contact the delivery company and after many calls I got the same message like the usual ( all agents are busy ) so now I sent an email and waiting for an update be aware that this issue is from 03 June
Till now, from 3 June to 11 June, I am waiting for them to pick it up, so please find a solution.
I keep calling the company, no answer, and a ticket in Shein is still open! A delay of 15 days will expire soon.
