Refused to issue refund for an item that did not match description
- - I requested a refund with a photo because the item did not match the ad.
- - Refund option was removed; support has not resolved it.
I requested a refund and even attached a photo on the day I received the item, that it did not match what was advertised at all. Next thing it was deleted off and the option to request a refund was taken off, although it states I have till April 18 2026 There is no longer that option to re request. Despite contacting customer service they have not resolved my issue.
User's recommendation: I will not recommend Shein to anyone. Fashionova and other sites better.

This is worse experience I had with SHEIN, I will not be ordering anything else. They send ne my money.
This matter was not resolved, very bad customer experience, I will not recommended anyone to buy anything from this company. They no exactly what they did stole my money.
I received some used boots. I have taken them to the post office, and they advised me that the address doesn't even exist.
I paid $28.45 for these boots, and I am requesting a refund. I have pictures of these boots. Order # GSU1T305500NH8K.
I need my refund. This is a shame how you all treat your customers.

The sheet set is not authentic bamboo, i know how bamboo sheets feel, ate not them. I have discord lupus and cant touch these hard sheets with my face

- - Merchandise ships from legit retailers to USA warehouses.
- - Not all items from Shein; no issues for years.
Ive never had a trouble with Shein. The merchandise Ive purchased was a described in the website.
All of my items came from the real merchants, who sell from merchandise from their stores. The merchandise were sold and delivered from the legitimate retailers and warehouses in the U.S.A.
Ive rarely bought anything out side our country.
Oftentimes, the merchandise Ive purchase are expensive not cheap and good quality. If its something like electronics or something else. They are still in good working condition.
I dont buy all of my stuff from Shein, but I havent had any issues with them since Ive shopped from their website. Ive been a customer for a few years.
I have any issues with them at this time. No negative feedback or comments.

I made a refund on 16 December 2025. My SHEIN account says that the refund was processed, but I did not receive any payment into my bank account.
It says it takes 14-30 days for the refund to reflect in your account.
It's the 21st of January 2026, and there is still no refund. Please help me out.

I made a SHEIN order on the 29 November 2025 ,my order came the 16 December 2025 ,I was satisfied with my order but I had two items that were to small so I made a refund, the delivery guys picked the two items up the next day ,so on the app it says it takes about 14-30 days for the refund to reflect in your account, its the 21 of Jan 2026 and Im waiting for the money to reflect in my account, the app said that the refund went through but there is nothing in my account
I bought a fake product from SHEIN US, and customer service hasn’t helped at all.
I purchased two products advertised as 4TB High Capacity External Hard Drives. Both items were materially misrepresented and counterfeit.
After opening the enclosures, I discovered that each device contained only a 64GB memory chip rather than the advertised 4TB capacity.
I provided photographic evidence to SHEIN US customer service. I was then instructed to return the products in their original packaging, which was not possible because the packages had already been opened for inspection.
SHEIN subsequently requested video evidence, which I uploaded in full compliance with their request. After submitting the video, customer service ceased all communication and failed to provide any resolution.
This constitutes false advertising, sale of counterfeit and substandard goods, and failure to provide a remedy under consumer protection laws.

I received a package that was completely ripped open from top to bottom and was missing several items. After two weeks of reviewing, they are telling me I'm not missing any items. It was almost $60 worth of stuff missing, and I want my refund.
