Product Issues Never End
I have ordered from Shein quite a few times and spent my hard earned money on products such as jewelry, false nails, false lashes, stickers, and household items. Sometimes, I am somewhat satisfied with what comes in my package from Shein, but most of the time I just develop an anxious feeling and start to wonder what is going to be wrong this time. I have had such irritating experiences with this company that I have almost broke down and cried before. Also, trying to get ahold of a customer service rep is super close to impossible. Very inconvenient. Some of the issues I have had with my orders from Shein include wrong items, different items than what were pictured on the site, damaged items, and missing items ( sometimes several missing items). I honestly seriously have got like half of my order one time before. Im not exactly sure why i continue to bring my business to Shein, but i think it is because the items that i actually do receive from them are sometimes exactly what i want and are very cool or helpful or convenient. Im not sure why after all of the money I have spent with this company that they would continue to rip me off. Do they not have a Quality Assurance Department... Am I like the only person who has had a bad experience with Shein... Each time there is an issue when I get my package in the mail, I try my hardest to find a customer service phone number but end up getting aggravated eventually and give up. Im sick and tired of throwing money away. I think it would be right for Shein to put a credit on my account and offer me a couple orders with free shipping. They have no idea the money I basically have sent down the drain with their company, and it isn't fair or okay. Even though the items are cheaper priced, I should still get what i pay for. Money doesn't grow on trees. I have a limited budget as I am unemployed at the moment because I am a full time student working toward my Bachelor of Science in Health Care Management Degree right now, so money really is tight. Anyway, honestly ‐ I assume nothing will be done about this, but I can only hope that somewhere, someone at this company has some decency and a little bit of integrity and maybe a touch of some strict professionalism to do the right thing. I tell all of my people about Shein and how awesome their products are and that their prices are amazing... things like that. I'd recommend them to anybody, but I dont know anymore because of the negative experiences I have been having for how long with them. All I can do is hope and pray. 🙏

Hi Friends... Last night, I decided it was time for me to file a complaint against a company that I have shopped at and loooooved for so long.
Shein. Every single ordering have ever placed has had an issue - sometimes several issues - or the package would just mysteriously never get delivered but say that it had been delivered. Anyway, the bottom line is i feel like ive been getting ripped off and pretty seriously as well. I may be trippin, but I dont think so.
