Don’t pay $80.00 & not receive your purchase. I feel like I’m getting the runaround.
My package was sent to the wrong address. A photo was taken of it.
Thats how I know.
Its the wrong address and I never received it. I gave the correct address but the drop shipper got it wrong.

Horrible products and return policy almost impossible. Never received multiple items and yet was charged. I contacted the BBB. THIS IS A TERRIBLE COMPANY
- - No refund has been issued and no order has arrived after four months.
- - They feel it was a fraudulent charge and a scam.
No refund as of yet and no order has arrived and it has been 4 months. This is unacceptable !!! I will never order from this company again and I am considering retaining an attorney to handle this as I feel it was a fraudulent charge and a scam

Proof of delivery shows package was delivered to wrong part of the building. I would like my package delivered to the correct address or refund me my money

Didnt get a hold of anyone my phone wouldnt support call had to return item on the sight which they dont make it very easy as no bussinees does theres absolutely no customer service anywhere anymore probably wont order from them again

Shipped me the wrong items.
Absolutely no phone number or email for customer support. They have a chat line that runs you in circles.
They shipped the wrong items and want pictures of the items I did NOT receive !
You can make a long distance call to China or provide your credit card to a 3rd party to enroll in a customer service that is authorized to negotiate for you. Otherwise, continue on the chat site for an endless loop of answering the same questions.

Verified ReviewerCause after sending at least 90 or more about the situation and basically still telling the company over and over again that there is no way that someone came out of my yard and signed for the package
I've told them CONTINUESLY that only 3 people live on this property 2 owners and me. Owners leave for work at 7am and I leave depending on what I have to do and no kids live on this property and the gate is always locked and no one is there until 5 or 6pm so I don't know who signed for that package and they keep coming back with the same remark that they did a through investigation and the package was delivered successfully and they won't refund me my money.
So basically their calling me a liar and the carrier company is telling the truth. I've even requested a copy of the signature on the invoice and they have turned a d a deaf ear to my request. So I don't know what else to do I'm out my money and don't have the Merchandise. I even told them that I received 3 other packages from a different Carrier Company I got them and while in the process of the missing packages I received 3 more packages from a different Carrier Company.
So I'm trying to figure out what I can do next cause until this gets resolved and I get my money back I'm not going to stop why are they so determine that I'm lying and the so-called carrier company is not at fault.
. Which they are cause no one came out of our yard and signed for my package.

I did processed return's dropped off at ups store before 14 days, I have receipt,
But I did not get my refund back
I called customer service spoken person took me long way, its not time consuming, there is no reason to take long way like this time, they rush to take my money but not to return.

Ok, I used my card and made a few orders on Shein, but I got them sent to a different address. I was told they locked my card because of my Shein purchases, so I confirmed to my cardholder that it was me.
I get back on Shein, everything is being shipped except one pair of pants, order number GSU14Q54W000WH6. I will not be able to do a refund using that card because I went to another bank.

Poor customer service. Customer service difficult to access, and most times unavailable. I like Shien clothing but am considering no longer purchasing from them because of this issue.

I was messed around at Xmas time
My parcel never arrived but yet they said it was delivered. I contacted PayPal who would normally refund me but this time they sided with Shein I called the place that delivers for them and they said they never had the package and I would have to contact Shein I was sent round in circles so I put my complaint on pissed consumer and suddenly got my money refunded the parcel still never arrived. I now take my orders to Temu as they always get delivered, my trust is lost with Shein, I can't go through that again.
