I have being waiting my order for over 2 weeks and days now, I told Imile that am a full time model in Dubai I told them long time ago that I am available From 9 to 11:00Am but after that I am out till 10:00 pm they always call me at 5 pm or 6pm this is not right
when I try to call them at 9:00 they caller keeps stopping my call by rejecting the call I feel so sad, they should not try me like that they should give more respect to customer
Today they call me at 10:47 I told them am available and after I call the same delivery they pick up my call and I am hearing him laughing and not talking this make want to give up on my order they make me look stupid check all my orders have not yet come

I did speak to their customer service and this is why Im trying to find someone else to speak to. It got me no where.
I purchased 3 swim wear sets from Shein that are a lot bigger than expected. The day they arrived, I followed the normal procedure to organise a refund.
Unfortunately the option wasnt showing as available. So I contacted shein support and was told I need to show proof. Im not sure how to prove the items do not fit me. A photo of the items was not enough, So I sent another photo of my normal size under wear on top of the bikini bottoms which showed a dramatic size difference.
Now that is still not good enough and I am being asked to get a tape measure out and take pics of the measurements of the items. I do not own a tape measure. I have been a long time customer of shein and have recommended people who now use Shein themselves quite regularly. I have never experienced this kind of issue.
I order products to keep and wear. I do not want to have to return the items but I can not keep them when they dont fit.

Since the middle of December, I have desperately been trying to contact your company because you put the wrong address on my packages that I ordered. And changed my billing information to a nonexistent address.

I was contacted by FEDEX informing me that the address was wrong.
This is the address that was on the packages:

The above 2 addresses are nonexistent addresses.
When I submitted the shipping addresses for each order your company messed up the addresses. They took my town and zip code and replaced it with the boys street address. Then for the billing address they removed my name and street address and replaced it with the boys name and street address instead.
This is unacceptable.
The packages are on hold at the FEDEX shipping warehouse:

I tried calling to update the address, but their protocol only permits them to talk to SHEIN for the update.
I have spent $ 105.43 on these clothes for my grandsons and no way to receive them.
I NEED HELP!!! CAN YOU HELP ME WITH THIS?
As far as I know FEDEX still has them. Can you please find someone who is capable of handling this problem. If at all possible, I want the clothes not a refund.

Who employed imile for shipping services ? Was it not Shein ?
I will not pay for any shipping charges because this has never happened before and it is not like you gave me an option to choose which shipping company i want to go with.
I have put in several orders and Buffalo delivered with no issues . I am a very pissed customer at this point and would like my refund .

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I sent a message with photos of the damaged package to the client service.
The representative immediately understood the problem and replaced the package. I am very satisfied with the solution of the problem.
My order according to its tracking number, arrived at the delivery company (Speedex) on 12/1/2023. They sent me a notification today, after 13 days, that they have my package and that their courier will bring it to me. The delivery man came to my house and the package he brought to me was damaged and the contents were scattered in the delivery man's car. The delivery guy, who was kind and helpful, picked them up and put them in the package.
I did not receive my package in this condition because I did not know if all the products were inside the package, and if their condition was okay due to the damaged and holey package with a large opening. The distributor told me that they are not responsible for the condition of the package, but the company I bought the products from and how they were packaged.
There are photos of the damaged package that were taken when the delivery person wanted to deliver the package to me. I would like the products of the order to be sent to me again, properly packaged and with the ACS distribution company here in Greece, from which I received all the previous times my parcels that I had ordered from you, without delay and in perfect condition.
