Had a problem with an order. JUST try and find “customer service “ bloody joke. 5 weeks in and still no resolution. No contact email, no contact phone number. Dead end. I was guessing NO Custom

Phone book has 9 contact numbers for SHEIN US Customer Service. Click in Customer Service takes you to same phone book page for SHEIN customer service. NO valid customer service on the Webs SHEIN Shopping page.
If you have a problem walk away.

Sick of trying to resolve the cift card issue and will not be shopping with Shein until the matter is revolved. Also they tried to scam $66 from my account .to talk to a technical person. Had to cancel the card.

I have been receiving messages that delivery failed. I don't know how because I was not contacted. They should have phoned me on this issue.

I want the public to know if it was at all possible, I would give them -5 stars. I made an order that included clothes and jewelry.
When I received the package, not one thing that I ordered was in that package. I tried to contact them as much as possible to get this straightened out. They basically called me a liar. They told me they had proof of delivery, so there was nothing they could do.
I was devastated. I spent a lot of money, and I wanted what I ordered. Finally, after two weeks of begging them to send me what I paid for, they told me they checked with their warehouse, and I was right the whole time that they did not send the correct items, and they were gonna resend what I paid for after I sent back the items they sent me that I did not order. I told Dan to eat *** I wanted what I paid for.
That's all I wanted. It was what I paid for. So now I am posting this because they have sent me another package, and it only has half of my order in it. This is going on a 5-6 week problem that all I did was make the mistake of ordering from their company.
It has been nothing but a headache, and right now, they have stolen my money because they will not send me what I paid for, so please, please, please do not take the chance with this company. They don't care about their customers at all. If you want to order from a company like that one, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE PICK TEMU. DO NOT ORDER FROM SHEIN, BECAUSE IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG, THEY DO NOT HAVE YOUR BACK AT ALL.
THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF LIKE THEY DID ME. I wanted to post all the items that they did not send me so that you can see.
It was a considerable amount of money that they ripped me off for. I haven't received one of these items yet, and it's going on week six.

I received one package with wrong items inside, no clothing at all, only nail products, and I ordered all clothing. I keep contacting customer service, and I was told they would look into it. I received the email stating I was sent the wrong items to start the refund or reset process, but every time I submit a ticket, I get told the complete opposite story.
I spent over $161 and did not receive any products. I would really like to receive some type of help right now.

I received one shipping label on a package but I ordered 12 items over $161 so I find it very odd that a simple quality control can’t be done when our customers are spending our hard earned money

Order was not as described and is not acceptable
I need to talk to a live representative. It took way too long to get the order.
The pantsuit was supposed to be a small yellow 2-piece outfit. The pants are long enough for someone who is 5'6' tall. The top is dingy and more like an x-small. I want to be credited back to the original method of payment.
I am 80 years of age and would appreciate it if you could please credit this back as I am not able to mail this back. I am in a medical facility due to total hip replacement and femur bone fracture.

I contacted everyone I could I send them picture that he had sent me as proof of him dropping off then I send a picture of my address to totally different places the place he left that place had been empty for 4 to 5 years no one lives there a bunch of drunks and druggies and now they have my packages I'm sure
That is disgusting he has no business working there meanwhile I didn't know anything because who would I know they would go somewhere else that wasn't mine so I'm asking that they send me my packages. they are ripping off good hard working Americans
